Have a question about shipping? If so, you are in the right spot! We know shipping can sometimes be confusing, cumbersome, and just plain annoying. That is why we want share some information with you on how we ship your cheese!

SHIPPING COST

All orders under $69.99 have a standard shipping charge of $9.99. Any orders over $69.99 qualify for free standard shipping. For faster delivery you my select an expedited shipping method at checkout.

Due to inhibitory costs we are only able to ship products to the contiguous United States (main 48 states) and not to Alaska or Hawaii. If you wish to ship cheese to Hawaii or Alaska please contact us to discuss further.

Processing Times

We are typically able to process and ship orders out in 3 business days or less after receipt of the order. Large orders or items on back-order may affect total processing time of the order.

Our shipping teams hours are 8AM - 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday-Friday.

Packaging Information

Every package of cheese we ship will be vacuum sealed in an air-tight pouch or covered in a protective wax coating. These packaging approaches and nature of hard style cheeses allows for the cheese to be safe for long periods of time while shipping in various conditions.

When shipping to locations above 65 degrees we will provide packaging insulation and ice packs to prevent melting of the cheese. Orders received after 4:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday will be shipped out Monday of the following week when being shipped to location over 65 degrees. This is to prevent cheese melting from long duration high temperature exposure. Orders that are shipping to locations under 65 degrees will be shipped out Monday - Friday during our shipping teams standard hours.

Expedite Shipping Rates

We currently have discounted rates for shipping through various carriers including Fedex, UPS, USPS, and DHL. When you go into the checkout and select your shipping type you will see the approximate discount rates we receive.

Returns/Exchange Information

If you find any issues with your order please contact us within 25 days of order placement. We cannot offer any support for fixing the issue after that point. We do want to make sure we can correct any issues with orders so please notify us of any issues by using the link to our contact page below or emailing us at info@maplegrovecheese.com. Photos of any issues are a great help for our team to respond and get it fixed quickly, so please include them in any contact if possible.
