Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
Our typical order processing times will be anywhere from 1-3 business days. During seasonal times, like Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the New Year, ordering processing may be delayed further. In addition, high volume orders and extenuating circumstances may cause additional order delays beyond normal. Shipping Times
We ship from our production facility located in the state of Wisconsin. We currently only ship domestically to the main 50 states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. The duration of shipping depends on the shipping option you select at checkout and is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier for meeting their predicted lead times. In most cases, after your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information that will allow you to check for shipping updates on your items whenever you wish. For any specific shipping duration needs that cannot be met with our shipping options please reach out to us prior to us processing your order at info@maplegrovecheese.com.
Shipping Costs
At check out a cost of $14.99 will be applied to ship orders that are under $69.99. Any orders over $69.99 qualify for for free standard shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to choose this free shipping option, if their order qualifies for it, when they complete check-out. When completing an order the customer will also have the opportunity to select an expedited shipping method at checkout that will have varying costs depending on details of the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to select the shipping option they desire and pay for this shipping if they wish to receive the product.
Local Pickup
We currently do not offer local pick-up as an option at checkout. If you wish to pick-up at our production or shipping facility please reach out to us at info@maplegrovecheese.com so we can review the feasibility of this. We reserve the right to decline local pick-up as an option on a case-by-case basis.
