Refund policy

Refunds and Replacements: If you have any issues with your order we will do our best to make the order right. If any issues or defects are found with your purchase, you must contact us through email at info@maplegrovecheese.com within 25 calendar days from when your order was initially placed. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can be contacted through email at info@maplegrovecheese.com. If damages are identified please send photos of the damage in its identified state. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements for damaged items.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item and if it is refundable or replaceable contact us at info@maplegrovecheese.com.

Refunds/Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your email communication regarding a request for refund or replacement, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved or not. In this initial communication you will receive directions, if any, to complete the refund or replacement process. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Replacement items will be sent to the original orders address and you will be notified through the original orders contact information.
