Habanero cheese, like its spicy siblings, has a Monterey Jack base to build a great cheese body to support the tasteful punch from the orange Habanero peppers. With just the right amount of peppers in this recipe, this cheese will provide a quick spice when eating and leave you with the signature spicy aftertaste you would expect from a habanero pepper. This cheese provides a medium spice relative to the other cheeses we offer, but brings a fruity spice flavor unlike any other pepper cheese.

Age: 3 months - 6 months

Body: Semi-Soft cheese with a springy body when served at room temperature. This cheese will have a more rigid body that of its pepper counterparts, but when eaten will still feel creamy and buttery to the palate. If you like a spicy challenge, this cheese can be eaten alone, but also melts wonderfully on a burger or toasted cheese sandwich.
